Benefits Seals and enhances the color of stained concrete in one easy simple application. Low odor: Toughseal WB is a low solvent water based seal that is safe to use indoors and out with no strong solvent odors. Non-Flammable: Toughseal WB eliminates the flammability hazard of solvent based sealers. Cures to a tough, solvent and abrasion resistant coating. Once Toughseal WB has cured for 48 hours it is a strong water resistant and abrasion resistant coating. After 14 days, it is resistant to solvents and chemicals. Easy clean up: Equipment and container are easily cleaned up with water if cleaned before the sealer cures. How To Use For each one gallon of part A, add 8oz. of part B, and mix thoroughly for 5 minutes. Do not mix more than can be used in 5 hours Apply in a thin uniform coat.
