Printable Version
Enviromental Impact
KlearKoat VOC contains no chlorinated solvents or other ozone depleting solvents, and it is VOC compliant in NJ, NY and other NE US states.

Applications
KlearKoat VOC is available in various concentrations, and is applied by brush, roller or sprayer onto cured dry concrete. Applied over concrete stains, KlearKoat VOC seals, enhances the color, and locks in the color to produce a permanent and beautiful stained floor. Once dry, a second coat may be applied to enhance the floor

Benefits
Clear and Colorless: KlearKoat VOC goes on water white and never yellows.

Seals and Beautifies: KlearKoat VOC penetrates into the pores of the concrete and seals out dirt and stains as it seals in beauty.

Dries to a smooth, tough, glossy finish: KlearKoat VOC flows and levels to prevent brush strokes or roller marks, and dries smooth and glossy.

Available in various solids levels: KlearKoat VOC can be applied at 25%
or 30% for normal or heavy seal. Successive coats always bond together.

Dries quickly: The active solvent system in KlearKoat evaporates quickly and
completely leaving only the acrylic polymer. Once dry, all flammable solvents is gone
and the area is safe and ready to use.

Accepts water based polish: For use indoors, the finished coating can be over
coated with a water based polish to act as a renewable wear surface.

How To Use
Always assure good ventilation when using KlearKoat VOC.

1. KlearKoat may be applied by brush, roller, solvent resistant pump up sprayer, or lambs wool applicator. Apply a thin uniform coat at the rate of one gallon to 400 ft. (40 m.)

2. Allow coating to dry for 4-6 hours and apply a second coating for maximum durability.

3. Equipment may be cleaned with Xylene or lacquer solvent.
