ACRYLO BOND IS AN ACRYLIC COPOLYMER EMULSION DESINGNED SPECIFICALLY TO BLEND WITH CEMETITIOUS MIXTURES TO GREATLY INCREAS THE BOND STRENGTH AS WELL AS FLEXURAL AND TENSION STRENGTH OF CONCRETE AND OVERLAYS.
Printable Version
Enviromental Impact
AcryloBond contains no heavy metal additives or other environmentally harmful ingredients .

Applications
AcryloBond is used as an adhesion additive to concrete and two component overlay products for driveways, bridges, decks, commercial flooring and spalled concrete repairs and similar areas where long term durability and low maintenance is a primary concern.

Benefits

Increases adhesion by over 50%, flexural strength by 60%, and tensile
strength by 50%. Ease of mixing: AcryloBond can be diluted with water and mixed directly with the concrete to achieve the desired consistency. Increased bond strength and flexibility: AcryloBond greatly reduces the occurrence
o f stress cracks. Water permeability is reduced: less than
one third of non-modified concrete or overlays.
Therefore, freeze thaw damage due to moisture absorption is greatly reduce or eliminated.

Less damage due to temperature changes: The added flexibility helps to reduce delamination due to lateral movement and
shear stresses.

AcryloBond does not interfere with color additives, color hardener or concrete stains.

How To Use Dilute Acrylo Bond 1:1 with water and use in
place of water to make up the concrete or overlay.
